I am saying a raised lever position is a positive thing, rolling wrists forwards loses control and should be avoided, raised levers position stops over rotation and falling forward on bike. Try it. I know exactly who Dave Smith is. Not meaning to cause any offense but on this he is wrong in this instance.

I’m confused by your comments Psychlopath. Are you saying the lever position is utter rubbish then agreeing with the advice? FYI Dave Smith is an ex Olympic cycling trainer and professional mountain bike coach. Hope you enjoyed the rest of the show

Advice on lever position is utter rubish. Higher level position encourages a break in the wrist and prevents over rotation on bike. Lower levers means rolling wrist forward and weakening position on bike.
