How can I get a cheap mountain bike but in good condition?

Okay, I always come up with a hobby every summer, like the last summer, I liked RC gas cars, but I realized it's so much expensive. Now, my hobby is on mountain bikes. Where can I find mountain bikes in the Philippines that are cheap (about, let's say, P2000-P3000?) but they are in good hands. And if you know someone also that has a mountain bike that's much for dirt and things like that (in the Philippines) that would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

You Should browse the internaet. Just simply type bikes in the Phillipines, and you should get alot.
