For the most part some of the bike company’s use different colors for each year and model. I hope this helps.

go to a local bike shop adn they will hook u up with the answer

The serial number is usually a code as to the information your requesting, Try contacting Giant for a code chart

Hey,
go to mtbr.com
click on browse by manufacturer
click on G for giant.
scroll down to giant.
click on the first giant icon
scroll down until you see iguana.
it is in the pre 1998 bikes section.
It is listed and many people say its a good bike.
For more info you can go to the giant website and look up customer service contact. simply fill in the request and they will get back to you with every thing you want.
